结构化金融产品监管研究

摘要

Throughout the financial markets, structured financial products occupied a seat, its flexible and diverse structure design has attracted many investors. But with the financial regulatory environment loosing up, there are some problems in the development of structured financial products. In this paper, the typical structured financial products and their risk characteristics are analyzed, and the representative regulations of structured financial products in our country are reviewed, and the main problems in supervision are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are provided to strengthen the supervision of structured financial products.%纵观整个金融市场,结构化金融产品占有一席之位,其灵活多样的结构设计吸引了众多投资者的目光,但随着金融监管环境的宽松化,结构化金融产品在发展过程中存在一些问题. 本文梳理了市场中典型的结构化金融产品以及其风险特征,检阅了我国结构化金融产品的代表性规定,并就监管中的主要问题予以分析,最后又就加强对结构化金融产品的监管提供了若干建议.
