全球科技创新中心的内涵、特征与实现路径

摘要

In economic globalization times, innovation strength is key symbol of global city. Leading innovation center has become strategic place and new frontier of global city. In view of technology development history, this paper induces connotation and characteristics of famous innovation centers in the world. And then surveys the chasm between Shanghai and top of global cities. Based on the analysis, this paper suggests the implication paths, which are: (1) developing frontier field of technology, (2) capturing core status of global innovation network, (3) encouraging innovation motive on basis of “counter-performance”principle.%经济全球化时代，科技创新的引领力成为全球城市的重要标志，具有全球影响力的科技创新中心成为新时期全球城市的战略要地与新前沿。本文基于全球视角，结合科技发展史，对世界知名科创中心具备的内涵及特征进行归纳提炼，并进一步审视我国科技创新整体和试点地区的发展现状。基于分析提出将发展前瞻性科技领域，占领全球创新网络核心地位，以及根据“均衡对价”原则保护与激励创新原动力，作为我国建设成为具有全球影响力的科技创新中心的实现路径。
