京津冀协同发展战略下天津自贸区战略定位的思考

摘要

China (Tianjin) Pilot FTZ is developing in the strategy background of the Coordinated Development of Jing-Jin-Ji, Belt and Road, China Korea Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive Reform of Binhai New?District, Tianjin Binhai Self-dependent Innovation Demonstration Area etc. Tianjin FTZ is positioned in the perspective of economics, free trade zone development, services and demonstration function, geographic location. FTZ must be mixed and developed with Jing-Jin-Ji in the Background of the Coordinated Development Strategy of Jing-Jin-Ji. China (Tianjin) Pilot FTZ is the FTZ of Jing-Jin-Ji coordinated development too.%天津自贸区是在京津冀协同发展、“一带一路”建设、中韩自由贸易协定、滨海新区综合配套改革、天津滨海国家自主创新示范区等重大战略背景下获批建设的。在京津冀协同发展战略下，从经济学、自贸区发展、服务和示范功能、地理区位等视角对天津自贸区战略进行定位，天津自贸区与京津冀必定融合发展，天津自贸区也是京津冀协同发展的自贸区。
