全国健美操联赛青少年测试赛专项体能测试研究

摘要

针对全国健美操联赛青少年测试赛的专项体能测试部分，从测试指标的选取、评分办法及测试结果方面进行分析，结果显示：各项测试指标的选取较为合理，基本可检验出运动员各项运动素质能力；耐力素质及柔韧测试中运动员容易获得满分成绩，评分标准过低；柔韧素质以静力性的方式测试不能准确反映运动员的柔韧性在实际难度完成中的情况，测试方式有待改进。%The paper studies the professional physical ability evaluation of national aerobic gymnastics league match of junior selection. It analyzes the index selection of professional physical ability, test method and testing re- sults, and the results shows that the analysis of test indexes selection is comparatively reasonable which can find out the basic quality of tile athletes. The results also revealed that in stamina diathesis and the flexibility test, it is easy to get full marks, because of low evaluation standard. Using static manners to test athletes ＇ flexibility can not accu- rately reflect athletes＇ flexibility in the situation of practical difficulty~ so the method of testing should be im- proved.
