既有房屋加层加固设计技术探讨

In this paper , through analysis of a commercial building adding storey renovation and seismic strengthening project , the design techniques of adding storey renovation and seismic strengthening of frame structure building were discussed , some design points and experi-ences were proposed .%本文通过某商业大楼加层改造及抗震加固工程剖析，提出框架结构房屋在加层改造及抗震加固方面的设计技术探讨，阐述了框架结构加层加固的设计要点和体会。
