A mathematical model for evaluating the uncertainties in the measurement of bisphenol A migration in polycarbonate bucket by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has been established. According to the uncertainty analysis&evaluation procedures, each introduced uncertainty was analyzed. The results suggested that, the preparation of standard solution and repeated measurement had the larger influence on measurement uncertainties;as bisphenol A migration in polycarbonate bucket was 0.054 mg/kg, its extended uncertainty was 0.004 mg/kg (confidence level at 95%, k=2).%建立了液质联用法测定聚碳酸酯桶中双酚A迁移量结果不确定度评定的数学模型, 按照测量不确定度分析及评定程序, 对引入的各个不确定度进行分析.结果表明:迁移试验过程和回收率对测量不确定度影响较大;聚碳酸酯桶中双酚A迁移量为0.054 mg/kg, 其扩展不确定度为0.005 mg/kg (95%置信水平, k=2) .
