重晶石泥浆加重剂中汞含量的测定

             

摘要

A method for determination of mercury in barite drilling fluid weighting agent by DMA-80 Mercury analyzer was established. The mercury-containing gas produced by the dried specimen is converted into Mercury oxide vapor by catalytic decomposition and adsorption purification, reduced by the gold Mercury singularity and captured in the form of gold amal-gam, and finally atomic absorption measurements at wavelength 253.7 nm, quantitative according to Lambert-Bill's law.The experimental conditions such as drying time and temperature, decomposition temperature and time, and gas flow rate were optimized, and the test methods such as detection limit, precision density and recovery rate were carried out. The re-sults showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.015 ng, the linear range was 0.02 ng~100 ng, the correlation coef-ficient was≥0.999, the recovery rate was 97.0 %~108.5%, and the maximum precision (RSD, N = 7) was 5.0%. The meth-od can be used for the rapid determination of barite drilling fluid weighting agent.%采用汞分析仪直接进样测定了油气钻井用泥浆加重剂重晶石中汞的含量.试样经干燥、高温分解、催化分解和吸附净化, 使分解产物转变为氧化汞蒸汽, 通过金质汞奇化器还原并捕集, 最后在波长253.7 nm处进行原子吸收测量, 依据朗伯-比尔定律定量.优化了干燥时间和温度、分解温度和时间等试验条件, 并进行了方法的检出限、精密度、回收率等试验.结果表明:方法检出限为0.015 ng, 线性范围为0.02 ng~100 ng, 相关性系数≥0.999, 回收率为93.2%~102.7%, 精密度 (RSD, n=7) ≤5.0%, 可满足泥浆加重剂重晶石中汞的快速测定.
