Drift is a well-known problem which limits the improvement of precision of ICPMS. Internal standard method can not eliminate the drift completely. A drift correction procedure was used and proved efficient in ICPOES by Salit and Turk (National Institute of Standards and Technology, Nist, 1998).A similar method is introduced and applied in ICP-MS that could mitigate the deleterious effect of drift or pseudo-drift on the precision. About 2 or 3 fold Precision enhancements have been observed further on the basis of internal standard. This method was simple ,flexible and easily-operated. It could help to analyze and judge by eliminating the effect of drift and it may be used in data analysis and statistics by ICP-MS.%仪器信号的漂移是四极杆质谱法精密度提高的主要限制因素,内标法可以在某种程度上降低漂移的影响,效果往往不理想.本文针对信号漂移特点,采用校正方法对数据处理,提高分析测试的准确度和精密度.试验数据表明,经过校正,Pb、Cd、Cr的准确度均有显著提高,测量精密度分别提高2.7倍、1.9倍和3.5倍.该方法具有方便、快捷、灵活且限制因素少的特点,有效消除仪器漂移对统计结果造成的假象和误判,可应用在质谱仪的数据分析与统计.
