针对氟硅酸钾容量法测定水泥中二氧化硅含量波动性较大的特点,从水泥试样的熔样、氯化钾和氟化钾试剂的加入量、氟硅酸钾沉淀的陈化、过滤和洗涤、残余酸的中和、氟硅酸钾的水解反应及空白试验等方面总结出实验的操作要点及注意事项,为水泥化学分析工作者提供参考。%The paper contrapose the big undulatory property of the potassium silicofluoride volumetric analysis for silica content of cement,summed up certain experimental points and notes from fusion,dosage of potassium chloride and potassium fluoride,aging of potassium silicofluoride precipitation,filtration and washing,neutralization of residual acid,the hydrolysis of potassium silicofluoride and blank test as reference for chemical analysis of cement workers.
