本文采用硝酸湿法一次性消解处理水产品，消解液可以用来测定铅、镉含量，回收率在70%-110%之间、相对标准偏差(RSD<5%)满足实验要求。通过用有证标准物质进行测定，表明该方法在准确度上也能满足食品中污染物分析的要求。% In this paper, we reported a new method that heavy metals such as Lead and Cadmium in aquatic products could be digested with HNO3 solution together, the sample recoveries was in the range of 70%-110% and the relative standar deviations (RSD)<5%, Also, the method was proven to be accurate by determining the certificated reference material. The method could be used in the microanalysis of lead and cadmium in aquatic products.
