分光光度法测定水产品中二氧化硫残留量

摘要

本文建立了测定水产品中二氧化硫残留量的分光光度法,在酸性条件下蒸馏通过盐酸副玫瑰苯胺显色,可以快速、准确检测水产品中的二氧化硫残留量。%This paper established spectrophotometric method to detect the sulfur dioxide residual quantity in aquatic products.Distillationing in acid conditions and to show color by aniline vice rose,this method is simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate,reproducibility and specificity,and can be used as a sulfur dioxide analysis method for this preparation.
