火焰原子吸收光谱法测定三硅酸镁中镁的含量

摘要

To establish a method to determine magnesium in magnesium trisilicate. Method： The sample was handled by Microwave Digestion System, the content of magnesium in the samples was determinated by FAAS. Result： The good linear relation was determined as 0.05-0.4 mg.L-1 in magnesium by FAAS with a regression coeffcient of 0.9995. The average recovery rate was 98.4%-102.9% ;The relative standard deviation was 1.5%. Conclusion：The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of magnesium in magnesium trisilicate.%目的：建立三硅酸镁中镁的含量测定方法。方法：样品微波消解处理后，火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中镁的含量。结果：镁在0．05-0．4mg／L范围内线性关系良好，相关系数为0．9995；回收率在98．4％-102．9％，RSD为1．5％。结论：该方法简单、快速、准确；能很好地用于三硅酸镁中镁的质量控制。
