清香型白酒中乙酸乙酯内标法与外标法的比较

摘要

Two kinds of quantitative gas chromatographic method for determination of Fen flavor liquor important character-istic indexes of ethyl acetate:internal standard method and external standard method,and the samples were determined by two methods of liquor.The result showed ,internal standard method and external standard method of ethyl acetate in Fen fla-vor liquor in the determination of no significant difference,this should be the external standard method is applied to the de-tection of Fen flavor liquor the ordinary,simplifies the operation steps,to meet the modern needs rapid analysis.%用气相色谱法测定清香型白酒中重要特征指标乙酸乙酯的两种定量方法：内标法和外标法，采用这两种方法对白酒样品进行测定。结果表明，内标法和外标法对清香型白酒中乙酸乙酯的测定无显著性差异，因此可以把外标法推广到平常的清香型白酒的检测工作中，简化了操作步骤，满足现代快速分析的需求。
