有色金属矿区尾砂坝富集植物与土壤中Cu、Zn含量的关系

         

摘要

建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定尾砂坝富集植物及土壤中Cu和Zn含量的方法。采用电热板消解完全消解土壤样品,确立了AAS测定Cu和Zn的最优条件。本法对Cu和Zn(植物,土壤)的检出限分别为0.0006ug/mL和0.0018ug/mL,0.0009ug/mL和0.0018ug/mL;相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.56%—6.72%和0.14%—4.72%,0.12%—6.19%和0.43%—7.02%。应用于植物及土壤中Cu和Zn的含量测定,分析富集植物与土壤中Cu、Zn含量的关系,获得了满意的结果。%Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy is utilized to measure the content of Cu and Zn in the enriched plants and soil in the tailings embankment. The soil sample is completely digested by electric heat plate digestion ,which establishes the optimum condition for the measurement of Cu and Zn. To plants and soil,the limitation of measurements of Cu and Zn are 0.0006ug/mL and 0.0018ug/mL,0.0009ug/mLand 0.0018ug/mL. The RSDs are 0.56%—6.72% and 0.14%—4.72%, 0.12%—6.19%and 0.43%—7.02%respectively. This method is applied in measuring Cu and Zn in plants and soils,ana⁃lyzing the relationship between Cu and Zn in both enriched plants and soils and its results are satisfying.
