DBP 降解菌的降解动力学及代谢途径研究

     

摘要

以实验室保存的1株Elizabethkingia sp.W8为研究对象,对其降解DBP的条件、动力学特性及代谢途径进行了研究。结果表明,该菌株的较优生长条件为:温度35℃,pH=7.0,盐浓度0.5%。当DBP的初始浓度介于50~400mg/L时,该菌株对DBP的降解符合Monod一级反应动力学模型。红外光谱分析结果显示,W8对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的降解很可能为DBP→MBP→PA代谢路径。%As the Elizabethkingia sp.strain W8 isolated by our lab for the dominate bacteria of our further research,the degradation kinetics and biodegradation pathway were studied .The result shows that the optimal temperature,initial pH value and salt concentration for W8 is 35℃,pH 7.0 and 0.5%respectively.When the initial concentration of DBP was between 50 and 400mg/L,the strain on the degradation of DBP is tested in line with the Gr .1 Monod kinetics model.The FT-IR analysis demonstrates that the degradation of DBP most likely follows the pathway:DBP→MBP→PA.
