To investigate the contribution of HSC70 (70 kDa heat shock cognate) to the adaptability in Poecilia reticulata Peters, one HSC70 gene (designated as /VHSC70) was isolated from P. Reticulata by in silico cloning and traditional RT-PCR amplification technique. The PrHSC70 gene contained 8 introns and a complete coding sequence of 1941 bp. The de duced amino acid sequence of /VHSC70 contained three signature motifs of the HSP70 family, and shared high identity with those of HSP70s and HSC70s from other organisms. The /VHSC70 showed the highest amino acid sequence identity (93. 2% ~ 98. 9% ) with HSC70s from other fishes, and clustered together with them in the phylogenetic tree.%为了研究热激同源蛋白70(70 kDa heat shock cognate,HSC70)在孔雀鱼(Poecilia reticulata Peters)对环境适应中的作用,采用电子克隆与传统实验克隆相结合的技术,分析了孔雀鱼的一个HSC70基因(命名为PrHSC70).PrHSC70基因包含一个长1941 bp的完整编码区,含有8个内含子.PrHSC70蛋白具有HSP70蛋白家族的特征序列,且与其他动物HSC70和HSP70都高度相似.在进化树上PrHSC70与所有鱼类HSC70聚为一簇,与它们的氨基酸序列一致性为93.2%~98.9%.
