铜对铸态高强度球墨铸铁性能的影响

         

摘要

试验了一种在铸态下得到高强度球墨铸铁的方法.利用稀土的石墨化作用,再添加一定量的碳化物形成元素锰,珠光体稳定化元素铜,使薄壁球墨铸铁不产生白口,基体组织为微细全珠光体,从而得到高强度球墨铸铁.试验结果表明:铜添加量为1.5%的Y型试样,其抗拉强度超过900 MPa,伸长率为4%左右;铜添加量为1.5%的Φ10 mm试样,其抗拉强度接近1 100 MPa,伸长率为7%左右.%Abstract: The high strength thin walled ductile cast iron with no chill was produced by adding a certain amount of carbide forming element Mn and pearlite stabilizing element Cu, and its structure is all fine pearlite. The experimental results show that with 1.5% Cu addition the Y-shape sample has a tensile strength more than 900 Mpa and an elongation of about 4%; while for the bar sample of Φ10 mm, its tensile strength is close to1 100 Mpa and elongation is around 7%.
