The key points in production of synthetic cast iron were presented, including theconfirmation of charge ratio, selection of carburant, and resulfurization process. Through thetrial-manufacture, the graphite morphology of the synthetic cast iron was improved, thereby itsmechanical properties and machining performances were enhanced, and the production cost wasreduced.%结合生产实践,介绍了合成铸铁生产中的控制要点,包括炉料配比的确定,增碳剂的选用,增硫工艺等.通过试制,合成铸铁的石墨形态得到了改善,提高了力学性能,同时改善机械加工性能,提高了经济效益,降低了生产成本.
