新型冷芯盒制芯工艺及材料研究

摘要

The advantages and disadvantages of urethane resin phenol urethanelamine process, furan resin SO2 process, and alkaline phenolic resin CO2 process were summarized. The binder for sodium silicate cold box, the core making process and its current application situation of the cold box were presented. The development tendency of core making technology for sodium silicate cold box was prospected.%对尿烷树脂三乙胺法、呋喃树脂SO:法、碱性酚醛树脂CO2法的优、缺点进行了综述,介绍了水玻璃冷芯盒制芯粘结剂、制芯工艺、应用现状,并对水玻璃冷芯盒技术发展趋势进行了展望.
