排气塞位置对消失模铸造射料充填影响的数值模拟

         

摘要

In lost foam casting (LFC), to improve the smooth of the pattern surface, fewer outlets should be used. To prevent the beads blocked when filling, the outlets should be positioned in the way that the gas flowed into the mould with the beads can escape out as soon as possible. In this paper, the filling processes under the situations with the outlets in different positions are numerically simulated by DEM, which may provide some evidences for deciding the technological parameters in practical production. Meanwhile, the comparison result of the numerical simulation to a visible experiment can check that whether the DEM is reasonable or not.%为了提高消失模铸造泡沫模样表面的光洁度,应尽量少设置排气塞.排气塞的设置要满足随珠粒进入模具的气体尽快逸出模具型腔的要求,以保证珠粒充填畅通无阻.本研究根据DEM模型对不同排气塞位置工艺条件下的射料充填过程进行数值模拟,为实际生产中工艺参数的确定提供可靠依据,同时将模拟结果与可视化实验观测加以详细对比,以验证DEM模型的合理性.
