摇枕、侧架整体芯生产工艺铸件质量问题分析

摘要

以转K6摇枕、侧架为例,阐述了铸件由组芯工艺更改为整体芯工艺后产生的主要质量问题,在对铸件缺陷进行理论分析的基础上查找出产生问题的原因,并通过生产实践对采取的措施予以验证,为摇枕、侧架采用整体芯工艺进行质量缺陷的预防提供参考.%The main problems of the K6 wave bolsters and side frames castings were presented in this paper, after the assembled core was replaced by integrated one.The theoretical analysis was carried out on the casting defects, and some measures were adopted, which were finally verified by production practice.This can supply reference for preventing casting defects in production of wave bolsters and side frames with integrated core.
