树脂砂自动控制仪的研制与应用

         

摘要

为彻底解决呋喃树脂砂生产中砂温波动对固化速度的影响,研发了树脂砂自动控制仪.为满足仪器的要求,对自控仪专用液料进行了开发与研制.结果表明,新型吠喃树脂及其配套的快慢固化剂能很好地适用于该自控仪,且适用生产的砂温和起模时间的范围较大,固化剂与树脂保持最佳配比,较低加入量就能得到较高砂型强度,经济效益显著.%To eliminate the effect of sand temperature on curing rate of resin bonded sand in practical production, resin sand autocontrol apparatus was developed and the liquid material specially used for the autocontrol apparatus was also studied. The results show that the developed autocontrol apparatus can be used for the new furan resin and curing agents very well in a larger range of sand temperature and stripping time. The higher tensile strength of sand mould can be obtained if only the furan resin and curing agent keep in the optimal proportioning. This can create remarkable economic benefits.
