电磁场下亚共晶铝硅合金组织和性能的研究

         

摘要

研究了电磁场作用下的亚共晶铝硅合金组织和性能的变化,结果表明,在电磁振荡条件下,随着电流密度和磁场强度的增加,亚共晶铝硅合金微观组织逐渐细化,与同条件下的单一电磁场作用相比,电磁振荡作用下合金微观组织细化效果最好,且力学性能也得到显著提高;本试验条件下,当磁场强度B=0.153 T,电流密度I=63.69mA/mm2时组织细化效果最佳,力学性能最好.%The microstructure and properties of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy under the electromagnetic field have been studied. It is found that under the conditions of the electromagnetic oscillations, the microstructure of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy was gradually refined. Comparing with the single electromagnetic field under the same conditions, the microstructure has been further refined, and the mechanical properties were significantly increased under the conditions of the electromagnetic field. In the experimental conditions, the microstructure refinement and properties of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy are best when the current density I=63.69 mA/mm2 and the magnetic intensityB=0.153 T.
