摘要

The shortcomings of the traditional structure or manual-recommended type and its installation structure of hot box including parting of core box, core box body, loose piece of the opening-box body, gas needle lower ejector core rod, upper the core rod flexible installation methods were briefly introduced and reviewed in the producing of MR479Q cylinder block water jacket sand core hot box by using a box with two cores of ZHTO750 core shooter. For its shortcomings, the optimal methods were proposed and its preferred structure was introduced.%简单介绍和评述了ZHTO750射芯机一盒两芯制作MR479Q气缸体水套热芯盒的分盒面、芯盒本体、活块开盒机构、气针式下顶芯杆、上顶芯杆的柔性安装方式等传统结构形式或设备使用说明书推介的形式(及其安装结构)存在的不足,针对其不足提出了优化设计的方法,评述了其优先选用的结构形式.
