超声波对喷射成形沉积坯组织的影响

         

摘要

In order to investigate the effects of different parameters of ultrasonic power on deposit preform, Al-13%Si alloy was prepared by using ultrasound on the bottom of the metal plate. The experimental results show that: with the increasing of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic eliminates the gas porosity obviously, refines the structure of crystal grain, and improves the quality of the deposit preform of spray forming. When the ultrasonic power increases to 2 000 W continuously, due to the obvious effect of thermal effects, the refining effect is weakened, excessive ultrasonic power is not conducive to improving the quality of deposit preform. Therefore, Al-13%Si alloy was prepared by ultrasound on the bottom of the metal plate can greatly improve the quality of deposit preform with appropriate ultrasonic power in the process of spray forming.%为了研究不同超声波功率参数条件下沉积坯的组织变化情况,采用沉积器底部导人超声波的方法制备A1- 13%Si合金.结果表明:随着超声功率的增加,超声波消除孔洞的效果明显,合金组织的细化程度提高,沉积坯的质量得到了很好的改善;当超声功率持续增大到2 000 W时,由于热效应作用明显,细化作用减弱,过大的超声波功率不利于沉积坯质量的改善.因此在喷射成形工艺中导人超声波可以改善沉积坯的组织,且在合适的超声波功率下,可以很好地改善沉积坯的组织.
