一种新型发动机气缸体铸造缺陷的解决方案

摘要

介绍了在大批量、自动化、流水线铸造生产条件下,一种新型发动机气缸体铸件在工艺开发和验证过程中出现的各种铸造缺陷及其相应的解决方案.总结了各种铸造缺陷的分布情况及形成机理,并通过生产实践验证了各种缺陷的解决措施,为类似铸件的生产提供了很好的生产经验.%The solutions were introduced such as various kinds of casting defects emerged in the process development and verification process of a new cylinder block in this paper.The new cylinder block is automatically manufactured on a large scale by the production line.In addition,the formation mechanism and distribution of the defects were summarized,and all the solutions for preventing defects were proofed by production practice,which provide the good experience for similar castings production.
