电阻应变式冲板流量计的设计与应用

         

摘要

A resistance strain impact flowmeter equipped with splash-proof guiding vane was designed. The complex structure problem of horizontal displacement flowmeter was solved by applying resistance strain principles. By splash-proof guiding vane, material loss was reduced and accuracy was ensured. At present, the impact flowmeter has been successfully used for stream inoculation device of foundry, which bring good application effects.%设计了一种带导流防飘逸功能的电阻应变式冲板流量计,即通过应用电阻应变传感原理,解决了水平位移式冲板流量计存在的结构复杂、涉及器件多的问题;通过配置导流防飘逸组件,解决了因物料下落粉尘随处飘逸而出现的皮重影响测量准确性的问题;目前,该冲板流量计已在铸造随流孕育装置上得以成功应用,且收到了良好的使用效果.
