摘要

The authors analyze the feature of complex engineering, and explore the outstanding engineers system training model of foundry industry for solving complex engineering, and establish virtual and real platform, and adopt guiding and leading teaching methods, and explore industry-university-research to solve the effectiveness and durability problems of teaching of school-enterprise.
