使用废钢合成铸铁生产球墨铸铁管的工艺

主要介绍了采用废钢为主熔炼铁液生产球墨铸铁管的工艺方法.其主要方法是将废钢熔化,在熔炼过程中加增碳剂、硅铁等,将其调质为符合球墨铸铁管生产用的铁液,离心浇注生产球墨铸铁管.使用该工艺浇注的球墨铸铁管各项指标符合标准要求,大幅度降低生产成本.%The technology of manufacturing ductile iron pipes by using of steel scraps as main material was presented. The main processes include the steel scrap melting, adding carburizing agent, ferrosilicon etc., and the iron melt can meet the production requirement of ductile iron pipe by modification. The ductile iron pipes were produced by centrifugal casting. By testing, the properties of ductile iron pipe meet the technology requirement, and production cost was greatly decreased.
