锰对Fe-Mn-Ni合金球墨铸铁微观组织的影响

             

摘要

The research trend of austenitic ductile iron with manganese instead of nickel is discussed. In this study, the microstructures of Fe-Mn-Ni alloyed iron with manganese content of 4%, 6%, 8%, 12%, 14%and 16%were studied. The research shows that graphite roundness decreased gradually with the increasing manganese content in alloyed iron, starting from the spherical shape into the worm or flocculent shape. At the same time the amount and size of graphite also decreases but the carbide content increased gradually. In addition, there was no significant change in austenite grain size. The EDS results show that the content of manganese in the austenite grain is not more than 5%and the excess manganese will precipitate in the form of carbide.%针对目前以锰代镍的奥氏体球墨铸铁研究趋势,本研究对Mn含量为4%、6%、8%、12%、14%和16%的Fe-Mn-Ni合金球墨铸铁微观组织进行了深入研究.研究表明,随着奥氏体球墨铸铁中Mn含量增加,石墨的圆整度逐渐降低,开始由球状转变为蠕虫或团絮状;石墨球的数量和尺寸也逐渐减小.碳化物的含量随Mn的增加而增加.此外,奥氏体晶粒的尺寸不随Mn含量变化而变化,能谱分析结果表明,奥氏体晶粒内的Mn含量不超过5%,多余的Mn会以碳化物形式析出.
