Casting process design of SYD800 overall two-stage double suction stainless corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump was introduced. The casting structure, quality requirement and the material were analyzed. The solution was put forward, which aimed at the casting defects such as size deviation, porosity, cold shut, core lift and the operation key points.
