铝合金气缸盖气密性缺陷的改进

金属型铸造汽车发动机铝合金气缸盖机械加工后的废品中,气密性废品一直占到废品总数的约50%.对气缸盖机械加工后气密性废品产生的主要原因进行了深入分析,并从生产实际出发,以科学试验数据为依据,通过对生产工艺和生产过程控制等方面进行改进与完善,从而减少了气密性废品,提高了气缸盖的机械加工合格率.%Among the scrapped-products of machined aluminum alloy cylinder head, which is made by permanent mold casting, airtightness scrapped-products always account for 50% of the totals. This article deeply analyzes the main cause of the airtightness scrapped-products of machined cylinder head, on the basis of the actual manufacturing and scientific experiment data. The manufacturing processes were improved, so as to reduce the scrapped products and improve the qualification rate of the cylinder head machining.
