铸钢轴承座铸造工艺设计与验证

             

摘要

To aim at overcoming the long development time of the traditional process design method for castings, the cast steel bearing block was taken as an example. By using CAE software Experto-ViewCast, the process design and solidification simulation were done for the cast steel bearing block, and its casting process scheme was determined quickly. The quality of the bearing block produced based on the process scheme was good. By using the casting CAE technology, the process design time of castings can be shortened, and the casting defects can be reduced.%针对传统工艺铸件试制周期长,以铸钢轴承座为例,采用铸造CAE软件Experto-ViewCast辅助工艺设计和凝固模拟验证,快速地确定了工艺方案,该方案生产的轴承座质量良好.铸造CAE技术的应用,可缩短铸件试制周期,且减少铸造缺陷的产生.
