造铝合金用水基消失模涂料研究

摘要

用高铝矾土作为主加耐火骨料,石英粉、硅藻土、冰晶石粉为辅加耐火骨料,海泡石和凹凸棒土为复合悬浮剂,硅溶胶和聚丙烯酰胺(PVM)为复合粘结剂,采用正交实验法和极差分析法,制备出一种可用于铝合金消失模铸造的水基涂料.经过生产试验验证,结果表明:该配方涂料浇注的铝合金铸件表面光洁、无气孔、无粘砂,而且涂层高温强度良好,易清理,能够很好地满足实际生产需要,经济性良好.%Using high alumina bauxite as main refractory aggregate,quartz powder,diatomaceous earth,cryolite powder as auxiliary refractory aggregate,sepiolite and attapulgite as composite suspending agent,silica sol and polyacrylamide (PVM) as composite binder,a water-based lost foam coating for casting aluminum alloy was prepared by orthogonal test method and range analysis method.The results show that the surface of aluminum alloy casting is smooth,with no blowhole and burning-on,and the coating has high temperature strength and is easy to clean up,which can meet the actual production needs and the economy is good.
