针对解决汽车发动机铝合金活塞铸造成形缺陷的问题,利用实际试制浇铸及模拟分析软件相结合的方法,分析铸件的成形过程,从模具冷却结构改进方面消除铸件缩松缺陷.通过模具设计结构调整来解决铸造缺陷,对金属型重力铸造生产铸件的缺陷解决有一定的借鉴意义.%In order to solve the casting defects for automobile aluminum piston during its forming, casting forming process was analyzed utilizing the way of actual trial combined with software simulation. The shrinkage defects of the casting were eliminated from the aspect of improvement of tool cooling structure, which has significant reference value for metal gravity casting to solve the casting defects by mold structure optimization.
