原铝液加工电工圆铝杆的工艺改进与控制

摘要

The technology of continuous casting and rolling is widely used in the manufacture of nonferrous metal pole. The control of composition, melting and casting and rolling process to produce electrical round aluminum pole with original aluminum liquid were analyzed and adjusted. The production results show that the process for electrical round aluminum pole with original aluminum liquid directly is able to reduce the working procedure ofremelting and cut down the energy consumption.%连铸连轧工艺被普遍应用于有色金属线杆的生产。对原铝液加工电工圆铝杆的成分控制、熔炼控制和铸轧环节控制进行了分析和调整。生产结果表明，用原铝液直接加工电工圆铝杆可减少重熔工序，降低能耗。
