氮对高铬铸铁组织及碳化物形貌的影响

             

摘要

加入氮元素可改善高铬铸铁的力学性能。为了解氮对高铬铸铁的影响机制,通过Factsage和Imagepro plus对加氮的高铬铸铁进行相图模拟和碳化物形貌分析。研究发现,加氮后高铬铸件的冲击韧度和硬度都会受到影响。当加入质量分数0.07%的氮,冲击韧度达到6.4J/cm2;加氮量为O.4%时,硬度达到64.5HRC。%The mechanical properties of high chromium cast iron were improved by adding nitrogen. In order to understand the effects of nitrogen on high chromium cast iron, the phase diagram was simulated by Factsage, and the carbide morphology was analyzed by Imagepro plus. The results show that the impact toughness and hardness of high chromium cast iron are affected by nitrogen. When adding 0.07% of nitrogen, the impact toughness is 6.4 J/cm2. The hardness is to 64.5HRC after 0.4% of nitrogen.
