The precision casting method is suitable for casting of various alloys. The castings produced by the precision casting method are superior to the castings produced by other casting practices in dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The precision casting method also makes it possible to produce complicated shape, heat-resistant, or low machinability castings. The essential process lfow of precision casting lies in wax mould fabricating, shell mould fabricating, smelting, pouring, clearing, post-treatment, etc.%精密铸造法适用于各种合金的铸造，采用精密铸造法制备的铸件尺寸精度、表面质量等均优于用其他铸造方法制作的铸件，还可以制备形状复杂、耐热及不易机加工的铸件。精密铸造中工艺流程主要包括蜡模制备、型壳制备、熔炼、浇注、清理及后处理等。
