分析了4GA汽油机缸体水套产生粘砂、夹砂的原因,通过对比宝珠砂、铬铁矿砂、冷芯和热芯等工艺的优缺点,最终选择40%宝珠砂+40%铬铁矿砂+20%KND覆膜砂的配比方案,将水套改为局部预埋热芯(粘砂部位使用热芯)的冷芯工艺,解决了缸体水套的粘砂(夹砂)问题。%The reason of adhering sand and sand inclusion in the 4GA gasoline engine cylinder block water jacket has been analyzed. The final proportioning scheme selection is 40% pearl sand + 40% chromite sand + 20%KND coated sand, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages among the technologies of pearl sand, chromite sand, cold- and hot core. The water jacket is changed into local cold core technology of local embedded hot core (adhering sand site using hot core), to solve the problem of sintering of cylinder block water jacket, so that the problem of sintering of cylinder block water jacket has been solved.
