浅析提高汽车铝合金轮毂模具设计的有效途径

摘要

The current status of the mold design of automobile aluminum alloy wheel in China has been discussed. The principle and method of the design automation of automobile aluminum alloy wheel mold through the application of NX software which based on 3D solid and parametric CAD technology have been discussed briefly. The establish goals, create and use principles of the standard parts library for automobile wheel hub have been put forward, and it will provide theoretical basis for the application of 3D technology in the design of automobile wheel hub for china in the future.%初步探讨了我国汽车铝合金轮毂模具设计的目前状况，简要论述了在三维实体和参数化CAD技术的基础上应用NX软件，实现汽车铝合金轮毂模具设计智能化的原理及方法，提出了汽车轮毂模具标准件库的建立目标、创建及使用原则，为我国今后三维技术在汽车轮毂模具设计的应用提供理论基础。
