降低Al-Mg合金铸件热裂倾向性的研究进展

摘要

热裂是铝镁合金铸件中常见的不可逆的铸造缺陷，严重影响铸件的性能。简要阐述了铝镁合金铸件热裂的机制、热裂倾向性评定方法。介绍了影响铝镁合金铸件热裂的内在因素和外在因素，为后续研究如何降低铝镁合金铸件热裂倾向提供参考。%Hot tearing is a common and irreversible defect in Al-Mg alloy castings, seriously affecting properties of the castings. The mechanism of the hot tearing and the evaluation of tendency for the Al-Mg alloy castings to hot tear were briefly stated. Inherent and exterior factors responsible for the hot tearing of the Al-Mg alloy castings were introduced, which can give a reference to further studying how to decrease the tendency for the Al-Mg alloy castings to hot tear.
