改善中、高压缸体铸件表面质量的研究

摘要

The test for sintering characteristic of fireclay aggregate, and measurements of such performances as floatability and bubbling ability for a paint were performed. The fireclay aggregate and the paint have been used in practice. The results indicate that the surface quality of castings poured by these materials attain as level as Ra50,and that the coating has good gas permeability and is easy to spall off from castings, conforming with the casting process requiements of ultra supercritical cylinder castings.%进行了耐火骨料烧结点试验和涂料的悬浮性、发气性等性能的测试。这些材料已经得到实际应用。应用结果表明，用这些材料浇注的铸件表面质量达到Ra50，铸件涂层透气性好，容易剥落，能满足生产超超临界气缸体铸件的铸造工艺要求。
