基于成组技术的椭圆榫接合优化

         

摘要

以椭圆榫接合为研究对象,用时间研究法测量了榫头榫眼的加工时间,比较了加工准备时间、上下料时间与铣削时间之间的关系,分析了零件的规格尺寸、榫头榫眼的大小尺寸对铣削时间的影响;从开榫机和榫眼机的加工原理出发,分析了调机方式和定位特点对榫头榫眼大小和位置的影响;针对多品种小批量的市场需求,比较了零件规格尺寸、榫头榫眼大小与位置优化前后的加工时间变化,并以成组技术为指导,推算出零件及产品在优化后所节省的经济成本.总结出优化椭圆榫接合的方法为:在保证接合强度和外观要求的前提下,榫头榫眼的尺寸规格应尽量减少,不同零件榫头(或榫眼)中心线到基准面(或基准边)的距离应尽量统一,以减少设备调整时间,提高生产效率,缩短生产周期,降低生产成本.%Oval mortise and tenon joint is widely applied in solid wood furniture due to its advantage on mechanized production.In order to improve the production efficiency and cut down the costs,the processing time of the mortise and tenon was measured based on time study method.The time for preparation as well as the time of loading and unloading with the time for milling were compared respectively.The effects of the dimensions of the parts and the mortise and tenon on milling time were also analyzed.Based on the fundamental principles of mortiser and tenoner machines,the impacts of the adjustment methods and positioning characteristics of the machines upon dimensions and positions of the mortises and tenons were explored.To meet the furniture market demands for products with multitype & small batch,the processing time before and after optimization in aspects of the dimensions of parts,the dimensions and positions of mortises and tenons were compared under the guidance of group technology.Moreover,the economic cost saved in the optimization of the products and their parts was calculated.The aim of optimizing the oval mortise and tenon joint is to reduce the equipment adjustment time,improve the production efficiency,shorten the production cycle and reduce production costs.The methods of optimization are as follows:the dimensions of the mortise and tenon should be minimized without affecting the strength and appearance of products.The distances between the center line of the tenon or mortise and the reference plane or edge in different parts should be kept unification as far as possible.
