The transverse Cutting mechanism of Straw Checkerboard Barriers Paving Robot was designed by applying Pro/En-gineer software and the intensity analysis and optimization design of the Cutting mechanism were conducted with finite element anal-ysis and ANSYS software. The result of emulating analysis was proved validated through experiment, which provided good refer-ence for machanical design using emulation software.%采用Pro/Engineer软件进行草方格铺设机器人横向草帘绳割断机构的设计,并采用有限元法及其配套软件ANSYS对割断机构进行强度分析和优化设计.通过实验对仿真分析结果进行验证,证实仿真分析的正确性,为仿真软件在机械设计方面的应用提供较好的借鉴作用.
