山地城市特色塑造与规划控制

摘要

Concerns on the city characteristics have been gradually increased with the rapid development of cities.Regulatory detailed planning as a key link that connects the comprehensive planning and the site planning also plays a decisive role in shaping the city characteristics.This paper,in the case of regulatory detailed planning of the north area of Mayu Valley Spring in Tengchong County,starts with the analysis of the terrain and environment and puts forward several key points of planning including terrace system,road system,and green space system.Finally,how to shape the city characteristics and conduct planning control in the stage of regulatory detailed planning was discussed.%随着我国城市的快速发展,城市特色形象问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。控制性详细规划作为衔接总体规划与修建性详细规划的关键环节,在塑造城市特色方面也起到举足轻重的作用。本文以腾冲县玛御谷温泉北片区控制性详细规划为例,从地形环境的分析入手,以具有山地城市特色的台地系统、道路系统和绿地系统为规划的重点,探讨控制性详细规划阶段,基于山地地形特征的城市特色塑造与规划控制。
