高速公路保畅策略研究

摘要

保畅是高速公路管理的又一话题，它与安全相提并论。高速公路之所以高速就在于其畅通性，满足经济建设与公众的便捷出行需要。高速公路不畅现象分为5种类型，包括因交遗事故、道路施工、收费站、燃油供给以及恶劣天气等引起，隐藏在其后的深层原因则是设计与管理上存在不足，解决高速不畅的问题也应从上述方面解决。%Highway traffic unbloeked, often compared with traffic safety, is another topic of highway administration. The main advantage of highway lies in its high-speed freeway flow, which can satisfy the needs of economic construction and convenient travel for people. The reason for blocked highway phenomenon can be divided into five types, including traffic accidents, road construction, toll stations, fuel supply and bad weather. The underlying causes in subsequent were deficiencies in design and management. Also, the problem of poor highway condition should be solved from above aspects.
