宝鸡市金台森林公园社区休闲公众参与生态环境保护问题研究

摘要

In order to effectively solve the ecological threats about noise , air pollution , vegetation and soil degradation , the pro-tection of the ecological environment in Jintai Forest Park must be enhanced .The public who enjoy the public resources in the commu-nity have undeniable responsibility .However, because of low cultural quality , existence of government dependent protection mode and public’s own factors, the behaviors on forest park protection have not really implemented .Consequently, the author believes that the means of enhancing public education , dredging the participation channels , increasing the participation scope , and negative rein-forcement and motivation can effectively improve the ecological protection and construction in the Jintai Forest Park .%为了有效解决宝鸡市金台森林公园面临的噪声、大气污染和植被土壤破坏的等生态威胁，必须加强森林公园生态环境保护力度，社区休闲公众作为公共资源的享用者具有不可推卸的责任。由于公众文化素质不高、政府依赖型保护模式的存在及公众自身因素等使得对森林公园保护行为不能真正贯彻执行。认为加强公众教育、疏通参与通道、扩大参与范围、负强化激励可以有效改善社区休闲公众参与公园生态环境保护与建设。
