The forest city is an important direction of the urban ecological construction.This paper pointed out some problems such as difficult to coordinate and lack of unified guidance in the process of forest-city construction,and put forward "fusion" planning strategy.From four important aspects in the construction of forest city-"forest network","forest protect","forestry industry","ecological culture"-we constructed as a whole,and broke down the boundaries between departments.Chishui city is known as the "ecological border town" of Guizhou province,which has a forest coverage rate of 80.17％ and has extremely rich forest resources.However,the early development of forestry resources was extensive,and the urban construction was not good enough for the protection of forest resources and the layout of green space.Many contradictions and problems were highlighted in the process of urban forestry development.This paper analyzed the application of "fusion" strategy in the Chishui city forest construction planning and explored the scientific method of forest city construction planning.Based on the above four aspects,the paper put forward the general layout framework of "one city,two horizontal,three vertical,four district and many points" of forest city,and guided the construction of forest city in Chishui city.%森林城市是我国城市生态建设发展的重要方向,本文指出森林城市建设过程中存在部门协调困难、缺乏统一指导等问题,从而提出"多方融合"规划策略,从森林城市建设中4个重要方面——"森林网络""森林保护""林业产业""生态文化"着手,统筹建设,打破部门之间的界限.赤水市森林覆盖率达到80.17％,森林资源丰富,是贵州重要"生态边城";但早期林业资源开发粗放,城镇建设对林业资源保护和绿色空间布局考虑不周,城市林业发展过程中诸多矛盾与问题突显.本文分析了"多方融合"策略在"赤水市省级森林城市建设规划"中的运用,探索森林城市建设规划的科学方法.综合上诉4个方面,提出森林城市"一城、二横、三纵、四区、多点"的总体布局框架,指导赤水市森林城市建设科学规划.
