基于RFID技术的高校快递网点运作流程优化

摘要

现针对高校快递网点效率和自动化程度低、运作流程粗糙等特点,本文以东北林业大学小麦公社为例,设计一套完整的高校快递网点优化方案.具体基于RFID技术、应用流程再造的思想和方法,对现有高校快递网点的操作流程和网点平面布局进行了进一步优化,为了验证这套优化方案的可行性,在新设计的快递网点运作模式的基础上,运用Flexsim仿真软件对整个操作流程进行了仿真模拟并进行了实验,实验结果证明:经过改进后的整个系统的分拣效率、自动化程度都得到了很大的提升,验证了这套优化方案的可行性.%With respect to the characteristics of low efficiency and low degree of automation in colleges express distribution branch，Northeast Forestry University was taken as example site to design an optimization plan through process reengineering to improve the existing express process based on the existing RFID technique.At the same time,the network layout was further optimized，and the feasibility of the study was verified through applying Flexsim software to simulate the whole process and make experiment gradually.The results showed that the efficiency of the optimized system had been greatly improved.
