土壤理化性质对腐朽红松根部土壤微生物数量的影响

             

摘要

In order to study the relationship between quantity of microorganisms in rhizosphere soil of rotten Korean pine and soil physical-chemical properties, we collected the soil samples using cutting ring method from 22 rotten Korean pine, which were chosen randomly in the eighteenth compartment in Liangshui National Nature Reserve, and took the samples back to the lab. A part of soil samples were used to culture microorganisms by traditional methods, and the other part of samples were used to measure soil properties, then analyzed the experimental data statistically. The research showed that: ① Among soil microorganisms, there were the obvious differences in bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi. The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi were ranked as follows: bacteria were predominant with the proportion of 94.333%~99.986%; actinomycetes were the next with the proportion of 0.010%~5.590%; and fungi were the least with the proportion of 0.001%~1.566%. ② The quantity of soil fungi, bacteria, and microorganism population was mainly affected by soil total nitrogen content, the contribution rate of soil total nitrogen content to the number of fungi was 45.1%, to the total number of bacteria and microorganism population was about 32.8%. The quantity of soil actinomycetes was mainly affected by soil total potassium content, and the contribution rate of soil total potassium content to the number of actinomycetes was about 67.1%. We expect to provide new ideas to protect Korean pine by preliminarily analyzing the distribution of soil microorganisms and its relationship with chemical and physical properties of soil.%为研究干腐红松活立木根部土壤微生物数量与土壤理化性质的关系,在凉水国家自然保护区第18林班22棵腐朽红松活立木根部采集土样,带回实验室,采用传统培养法进行微生物分离培养计数和土壤理化性质的测定,并对土壤微生物数量与土壤理化性质的关系进行统计分析.研究结果表明:①红松活立木根部土壤三大类群微生物数量分布规律为:细菌数量最多,所占微生物总数量的比例为94.333%~99.986%;放线菌数量次之,所占比例为0.010%~5.590%;真菌数量最少,所占比例为 0.001%~1.566%.②土壤真菌数量、细菌数量和微生物总数主要受土壤全N含量的影响,全N含量对真菌数量变化的贡献率为45.1%,对细菌和微生物总数变化的贡献率为32.8%;土壤放线菌数量主要受土壤全K的影响,全K含量对放线菌数量变化的贡献率为67.1%.通过对腐朽红松根部土壤微生物数量分布等情况及其与理化性质关系初步研究,期望能为红松活立木的保护提供新思路.
